CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. r l : C 10 WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of LOWELL P. AND VIRGINIA RIVARD on June 18, 1997 at the Somerset Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 7, T3ON, R19W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; described as follows: Commencing at the SW comer of said Section 7; thence S89 ° 15'42 "E, along the south line of the SW 1/4, 290.86 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S89'15'42 "E, along said south line, 66.00 feet to the west line of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 4, Page 956 at the St. Croix County Register of Deeds Office; thence N00 °42'31 "E, along said west line, 462.78 feet to the north line of said Lot; thence S89 ° 46'10 "E, along said north line, 264.95 feet to the northeast comer of said Lot; thence N70 ° 26'38 "E 543.55 feet to the east line of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence N00 ° 51'15 'W, along said east line, 662.91 feet to the north line of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence N89 ° 07'22"W, along said north line, 756.77 feet; thence S00 ° 42'31"W, 789.36 feet; thence N89 ° 46'10"W, 6640 feet; thence S00 ° 42'31 'W, 528.20 feet to the point of beginning. Above described parcel contains 14.724 acres. From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag. /Residential.
