CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.-RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. a-(-- ( 4 WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of ARTHUR KROENING, on June 30, 1998 in the Eau Galle Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4) of Section Nine (9), Township Twenty -eight (28) North, Range Sixteen (16) West, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Comencing at the Southwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 of NW 1/4) of said Section Nine (9), being the point of beginning; thence North along the West line of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter(SW 1/4 of NW 1/4) a distance of 660 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4); thence East parallel to the South line of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 of NW 1/4) a distance of 1320 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of said South Half of Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter (S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4); thence South 660 feet, more or less, along the East line of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 of NW 1/4) to the South line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 of NW 1/4); thence West a distance of 1320 feet, more or less, along the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 of NW 1/4) to the point of beginning. Said premises also described as the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4), Section Nine (9), Township Twenty -eight (28) North, Range Sixteen (16) West, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Containing 20.00 acres. From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St, Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
