CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AG /RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 4 q 3 WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of PATRICIA A. AND PHILIP M. LaVENTURE on September 30, 1998 at the Richmond Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 5, T3ON, R18W, Town of Richmond, St. croix County, Wisconsin; described as follows: Commencing at the northwest comer of said Section 5; thence along the west line of said NW 1/4 S00 °40'58" E 57.30 feet to the southerly right -of -way of State Trunk Highway "64" and the point of beginning; thence continuing along said line S00 ° 40'58" E 286.44 feet; thence N89 ° 03'01 "E 829.19 feet; thence S66 ° 11'43 "E 634.53 feet to the east line of that property described and recorded in Volume 463, Page 91 at the St. Croix County Register of Deeds Office; thence along said line N00 ° 20'34 "W 315.46 feet to said right -of -way; thence along said right -of -way N65 ° 05'32"W 117.63 feet to the point of curvature of a 1845.08 foot radius curve concave southerly, the central angle of which measures 25 ° 47'00" and the chord of which bears N77°59'02'W and measures 823.31 feet; thence along the arc of said curve and right -of -way 830.29 feet; thence along said right -of -way S89 504.25 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel contains 9.398 acres (409,386 Sq. Ft.) and is subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From Ag /Residential to Commercial. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Ag /Residential to Commercial.
