CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG. -RESID N IAL ORDINANCE NO. q``-/ (f) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of STEVEN HALLEEN on November 4, 1998 in the Stanton Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 31 North, Range 17 West, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 15; thence, on an assumed bearing along the west line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 15, North 01 degrees 00 minutes 45 seconds West a distance of 348.54 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence, continuing along last said west line, North 01 degrees 00 minutes 45 seconds West a distance of 306.24 feet to the north line of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 15; thence, along last said north line, North 89 degrees 40 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 743.26 feet; thence South 48 degrees 02 minutes 27 seconds West a distance of 460.94 feet; thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes 19 seconds West a distance of 395.08 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 174,290 square feet (4.00 acres). Subject to right -of -way for 170th Street (a Town Road) along the most westerly line of the above described property, also subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
