CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG. -REST TIAL ORDINANCE NO. �/ 9 4 ('J ) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of NEIL KRUMM on November 4, 1998 in the Stanton Town Hall; and • WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter all in Section 25, Township 31 North, Range 17 West, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter Comer of said Section 25; thence, on an assumed bearing along the south line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 25, South 89 degrees 46 minutes 36 seconds West a distance of 366.44 feet; thence North 02 degrees 12 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of 160.41 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described, this being on the northerly right -of -way of State Trunk Highway Number "64 "; thence, along said right -of- way,along the arc of a curve, concave to the south, a distance of 573.94 feet, said curve has a radius of 17,253.80 feet and a chord that bears South 88 degrees 06 minutes 58.5 seconds West a distance of 573.92 feet; thence, continuing along the right -of -way of State Highway Number 64, South 87 degrees 09 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 147.95 feet; thence, along said right -of -way, North 02 degrees 50 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 25.00 feet; thence, continuing along said northerly right -of -way, South 87 degrees 09 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 488.30 feet; thence North 02 degrees 12 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of 706.49 feet; thence North 87 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 1210.41 feet; thence South 02 degrees 12 minutes 59 seconds East a distance of 734.98 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 871,347 square feet (20.00 acres). Subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From Agriculture to Ag -II. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag-H. Dated this 1 5 day of 1)3 - , 1998.
