ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AG.- RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. (
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of GORDON
PERRY AND BADLANDS GOLF CORP. on April 29, 1997 in the Warren Town
Hall; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee having considered all written information and verbal
testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of
the following described land:
That certain parcel of land located in the Southwest 1/4
of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 20 and the Northwest 1/4
of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 29 North,
Range 18 West, Town of Warren, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, more fully described as follows; Commencing at
the South 1/4 corner of said Section 20, thence N 89
58'38 "W (assumed bearing on the South line of the
Southwest 1/4 of said Section 20) a distance of 1043.30'
(recorded as 1042.74'); thence S 10 ° 18'06 "W 47.58';
thence S 88 ° 46'48 "W 125.85'; thence N 89 ° 20'08 "W 270.71',
to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of the parcel to be herein
described; thence continue N 89 ° 20'08 "W 353.24' on the
North R.O.W. of a town road; thence N 10 ° 07'31 "E 195.55;
thence N 21 ° 54'49 "E 271.87'; thence S 73 ° 21'18 "E 227.04';
thence S 00 ° 01'22'W 383.80' to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
containing 2.893 acres, being subject to easements of
record.
From Ag. /Residential to Commercial.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Ag. Residential to Commercial.
