ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 12\

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters ert
to county planning and zoning; and P aining
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions
r cormndtions for re oning public hearings,
and present its
action; and requests to the County Board for
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning,
Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning re

WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning,

meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to a pprove a
rezoning of the following described land: quest
A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the SE
1/4 Section 10, Township 30N, Range 19W and the SW 1/4 of
SE 1/4, except the South 470 feet of the West 927 feet o
Section 10, Township 30N, Range 19W in the Town of
Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Parcel contains
70 acres of land.
From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the
rezoned from Agriculture to A ential. Parcel is now
g. Residential.
