CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO . t/ / f / (cif WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of ROGER AND RUTH E. SWARTZ / STEVEN J. WLODYGA with the following legal description: A parcel of land located in part of the NE1 /4 of the SE1/4 and NW1 /4 of the SE1 /4 of Section 36, T3ON, R17W, Town of Erin Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; further described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of said Section 36; thence N00 ° 36'47 "W, along the east line of the SE1/4, of said section, 1385.21 feet; thence S89 ° 45'06 "W along a line being 66 feet distant northerly and parallel to the south line of the N1/2 of the SE1 /4 of said section, 1198.23 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S89 ° 45' 06 "W, along said line, 768.19 feet; thence N00 ° 38'02 "W, 136.21 feet; thence S89 ° 20'12 "E, 771.26 feet; thence S00 ° 42'15 "W, 123.95 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel is _subject to the rights of the public below the ordinary high water mark of Pine Lake. Above described parcel contains 2.30 Acres (100,116 Sq.Ft.) and is subject to all easements of record. NOTE:This parcel is to be deeded to an adjoining land owner. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agricultural to Ag. Residential.
