CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. 1 0 T (7') WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of DONALD AND WAYNE SCHULTE with the following legal description: A parcel of land located in the NW1 /4 of the NW1 /4 of Section 9, T28N, R17W, Town of Pleasant Valley, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 9: Thence N90 ° 00'00 "E along the North line of NW1 /4 777.38' to the POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence continuing N90 ° 00'00 "E along said line 204.51'; Thence S00 ° 32'16 "W 426.00'; Thence N90 ° 00'00'W 204.51'; Thence N00 ° 32'16 "E 426.00' to the point of beginning. Contains 2.00 acres (87,117 sq.ft.) subject to C.T.H. "Z" right -of -way over the northerly portion as shown. Also subject to any and all additional easements, right -of- ways or conveyances of record. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agricultural to Ag Residential.
