CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. 2 2/a5 4 (9 7) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of ARNELL AND LINDA KUNZE on APRIL 23, 1997 in the Cylon /Deer Park Community Center; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 31 North, Range 17 West, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1 of a Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 7 page 2028 in said St. Croix County, this being on the south line of said Section 18; thence, along the south line of said Section 18 on a bearing referenced to and shown on said Lot 1, WEST a distance of 600.87 feet; thence NORTH a distance of 33.00 feet to a iron pipe; thence, continuing, NORTH a distance of 383.26 feet to a iron pipe; thence North 89 degrees 42 minutes 42 seconds East a distance of 521.46 feet to a iron pipe; thence, continuing, North 89 degrees 42 minutes 42 seconds East a distance of 77.83 feet to the west line of said Lot 1; thence, along the west line of said Lot 1, South 00 degrees 13 minutes 01 seconds East a distance of 419.28 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 5.76 acres. The above described parcel is subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record. Subject to right -of -way of 210th Avenue over the south 33 feet of above described parcel. From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
