ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. .17,5"' (qi)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of RICHARD
SIMON on April 9, 1997 in the Somerset Town Hall; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee having considered all written information and verbal
testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of
the following described land:
A parcel of land located in part of the SW1 /4 of the SE1 /4 of
Section 13, T30N, R19W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin; further described as follows:
Commencing at the S1 /4 Corner of said Section 13; thence
N89 ° 33'40 "E, along the south line of said SE1 /4 of Section 13,
446.02 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
N89 ° 33'40 "E, along said south line, 886.77 feet to the east
line of said SW1 /4 of the SE1 /4; thence N00 ° 03'32 "E, along
said east line, 491.24 feet; thence S89 ° 33'40 "W, 886.77 feet;
thence S00 ° 03'32 "W, 491.24 feet to the point of beginning.
Described parcel contains 10.00 Acres (435,600 Sq. Ft.)
Above described parcel is subject to right -of -way for Town
Road (150th Avenue) and all easements of record.
From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agriculture to Ag. Residential.
