HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1997 (426) ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. 'i 1, a7) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of FRANK KEITH BOARDMAN on April 9, 1997 in the Somerset Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and' verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: 80 acres located in the E1/2 of the SW1 /4 of Section 12, T3ON- R-19W; and 19 acres located in the NE1 /4 of the NE1 /4 except west 21 acres of Section 12; and 80 acres located in the S1 /2 of the NE1 /4; and 80 acres located in the E1/2 of the NW1 /4; and 40 acres located in the NE1 /4 of the SE1 /4, all in Section 13, T3ON -R19W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
