CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. r] 09) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of C.M. BYE AND DENNIS R. SCHULTZ on April 28, 1997 in the Troy Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in the SW1 /4 of the SE1 /4, the NW1 /4 of the SE1 /4, the NE1 /4 of the SE1 /4, the SE1 /4 of the SW1 /4 and the NE1 /4 of the SW1 /4 of Section 16, T28N, R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the E1 /4 corner of said Section 16; thence N89 ° 11'23 "W (Bearings referenced to the East -West 1/4 Section line of said Section 16, assumed to bear N89 ° 11'23 "W) 476.46' along said East -West 1/4 Section line to the point of beginning; thence SO6 ° 04'24 "E 177.72; thence S78 ° 27'47 "W 538.29'; thence S23 ° 13'47 "W 284.70'; thence S49 ° 58'00 "W 193.60'; thence S67 ° 56'56 "W 121.10'; thence S00 ° 29'01 "W 599.98' to the Northeast corner of the SW1 /4 of the SE1 /4 of said Section 16; thence S01 ° 50'58 "W 1328.57' along the East line of said SW1 /4 of the SE1 /4; thence N89 ° 17'30 "W 1318.93' along the South line of said SW1 /4 of the SE1 /4; thence N01 ° 49'24 "E 664.86' along the North -South 1/4 Section line; thence N89 ° 18'09 "W 1317.34'; thence NO2 ° 25' 11 "E 1997.68' along the West line of said SE1 /4 of the SW1 /4 and the NE1 /4 of the SW1 /4 of Section 16, and also the West line of Lots 70 and 71 of the Plat of Glover Station Fourth Addition; thence S89 ° 11'23 "E 3460.25' along said East -West 1/4 Section line to the point of beginning. This parcel contains 147.654 acres, more or less, being 6,431,824 square feet, more or less. From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
