HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1997 (428) ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. -/- 7 1 t. (9 WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of GREG AND JOE PLOURDE on MAY 14, 1997 in the Somerset Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 31 North, Range 19 West, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; described as follows: Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of said Section 10; thence, along the east line of said Northeast Quarter, North 00 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 530.39 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 88 degrees 51 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of 1332.21 feet; thence, along the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, North 00 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 464.53 feet; thence, along the south line of the north 330 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, South 88 degrees 51 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 1332.48 feet; thence, along said east line of the Northeast Quarter South 00 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 464.53 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 14.208 Acres. Subject to right -of -way for County Trunk Highway "I" along the east line thereof and subject to all other easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential.
