CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AG.- RESIDENTIAL TO AGRI / CUL I TURE ORDINANCE NO. ,1 4(; e ) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of GREG AND JOE PLOURDE on MAY 14, 1997 in the Somerset Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 31 North, Range 19 West, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; described as follows: Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of said Section 10; thence, along the east line of said Northeast Quarter, North 00 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 530.39 feet; thence North 88 degrees 51 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of 1332.21 feet; thence along the east line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, North 00 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 131.30 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 88 degrees 53 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 1332.28 feet; thence, along the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, South 00 degrees 31 minutes 01 seconds West a distance of 664.03 feet; thence, along the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, South 88 degrees 55 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 665.94 feet; thence, along the west line of the Southeast Quarter of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, North 00 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 398.18 feet; thence, along the north line of the south six - tenths of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, South 88 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 666.06 feet; thence, along said east line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, North 00 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 265.30 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 14.208 acres. Subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From Ag. /Residential to Agriculture. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Ag.- Residential to Agriculture.
