CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO COMMERCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 0 / (97 ) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of FARMERS CO •OP, EQUITY CO -OP AND WEEKS ESTATE on May 15, 1997 in the First American Bank Building in Deer Park; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the Northwest Quarter corner of the Southwest Quarter and part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 31 North, Range 16 West, Town of Cylon, St. Croix County Wisconsin. Commencing at the West Quarter corner of said Section 32; thence, along the west line of said Southwest Quarter, SOUTH a distance of 595.85 feet to the south line of the Wisconsin Central Railroad and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence, continuing along said west line, also being the centerline of State Trunk Highway "63 ", SOUTH a distance of 783.67 feet; thence, continuing along said centerline, being the arc of a 1909.86 foot radius curve having a central angle of 37 ° 08'42" and a chord that bears S18 ° 34'21 "E and measures 216.60 feet, southerly a distance of 1238.17 feet; thence, continuing along said centerline, S37 ° 08'42" E a distance of 143.92 feet; thence, along the south line of said Southwest Quarter, S89 ° 06'59 "E a distance of 840.12 feet; thence, along the east line of the West Half of said Southwest Quarter, N00 ° 03'36 "E a distance of 2000.52 feet to said south line of the railroad; thence along said line N87 ° 12'50 "W a distance of 1318.08 feet to the point of beginning. containing 56.713 Acres. Subject to right -of -way for State Trunk Highway "63" and County Trunk Highway "S" and subject to all other easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From Agriculture to Commercial. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Commercial.
