CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. i./.3 v7 WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of TIMOTHY AND CHARLOTTE BAZILLE AND IMMANUEL EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH on June 25, 1997 in the Erin Prairie Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: ;3 parcel of land being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 23, Township 29 North, Range 16 West, Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 23; Thence Due East along the south line of said Southwest 1/4, a distance of 942.91 feet, Thence N 02 ° 07'29 "W, a distance of 330.00 feet to the point of beginning; Thence Due East, a distance of 396.00 feet to the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Southwest 1/4; Thence N 02 ° 07'29" W, along said East line, a distance of 110.00 feet; Thence Due West, a distance of 396.00 feet; Thence S 02 ° 07'29" E, a distance of 110.00 feet to the point of beginning. Said described parcel contains 43,530 square feet, more or less, or 1.00 acres. From Agriculture to Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Residential.
