CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO CONSERVANCY ORDINANCE NO. 4/413 6/7) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of GARY, ARLENE AND STEVE HALLEEN on August 20, 1997 in the Stanton Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: That certain parcel of land located in the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 31 North, Range 17 West, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin more fully described as follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 33, thence S 89 (assumed bearing on the East /West 1/4 line of said Section 33) a distance of 1317.80', to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of the parcel to be herein described; thence continue S 89 360.96' on said line; thence S 00 ° 24'51 "E 1324.92'; thence N 89 ° 12'49 "W 357.00' on the South line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33; thence N 00 ° 35'06" W 1325.36' on the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 33, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of the above described parcel containing 10.918 acres or 475,574 square feet, being subject to easements of record. From Agriculture to Conservancy THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Conservancy.
