ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AG.- RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 4 5' -`
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and
Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning;
and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions,
hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the
County Board for action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a
public hearing on the rezoning request of JILL JOSKI on December 10, 1997 in the
Warren Town Hall; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having
considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted
to approve a rezoning of the following described land:
A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33, T29N,
R18W, Town of Warren, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; further described as
follows:
Commencing at the E 1/4 Corner of Section 33; thence S00 ° 18'41 "W,
along the east line of the SE1 /4 of said section, 1306.24 feet; thence
N89 ° 51'26 "W, along the south line of the NE1 /4 of the SE1 /4 of said
section, 1111.62 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
N89 ° 51'26 "W, along said south line, 208.18 feet; thence N00 ° 09'17 "E,
along the west line of the NE1 /4 of the SE1 /4 of said section, 814.41 feet;
thence S89 ° 50'53 "E, 517.24 feet; thence S20 ° 56'10 "W, along the westerly
right -of -way of State Trunk Highway "65 ", 871.07 feet to the point of
beginning. Parcel contains 6.78 acres.
Above described parcel is subject to all easements of record.
From Ag. /Residential to Commercial.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Ag.- Residential to
Commercial.
