CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. `7' '7 ( ��) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of KOWSKI FARMS, INC. on October 15, 1997 in the Somerset Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 31 North, Range 19 West, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin • described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 3; thence, along the west line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 3, North 03 degrees 13 minutes 42 seconds East a distance of 1321.18 feet to the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 3, this being the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence, continuing along said west line, North 03 degrees 13 minutes 42 seconds East a distance of 656.22 feet; thence South 88 degrees 58 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 1327.99 feet to the east line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 3; thence, along said east line, South 03 degrees 04 minutes 38 seconds West a distance of 656.15 feet to the southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 3; thence, along the south line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, North 08 degrees 58 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 1329.72 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 20.0 acres. Subject to 50th Street, a Town Road, along the west line of the above described parcel and subject to 232nd Avenue, a Town Road, along the south line of the above described parcel. Also subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
