ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO AG- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. I6 - 4
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of JAMES
H. KLEMESRUD, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in part of the SEA of the SEh of
Section 15, T31N, R18W, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin; further described as follows:
Commencing at the Sh Corner of Section 15; thence S89 °47'09 "E,
along the south line of the SEA of said section, 1290.20 feet to
the west line of the SEA of the SEh; thence N00 °37'12 "E, along said
west line, 321.72 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
N00 °37'12 "E, along said west line, 600.00 feet; thence 589 °47'09 "E,
300.00 feet; thence S00 °37'12 "W, 600.00 feet; thence N89 °47'09 "W,
300.00 feet to the point of beginning. Described parcel contains
4.13 Acres (179,995 Sq. Ft.).
AND a parcel of land located in part of the SEI of the SEh of
Section 15, T31N, R18W, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin; further described as follows:
Commencing at the S $ Corner of Section 15; thence S89 ° 47' 09 "E,
along the south line of the SEA of said section, 1290.20 feet to
the west line of the SEh of the SEh being the Aoint of beginning;
thence NO0 °37'12 "E, along said west line 321.72 feet; thence
S89 °47'09 "E, 300 feet; thence S17 °39'44 "W, 245.85 feet; thence
S12 °32'27 "E, 50.00 feet to the northerly right -of -way of C.T.H. "C"
also being the point of curvature of a 1151.35 foot radius curve,
concave southerly, whose central angle measures 07 °28'02" whose
chord bears S75 °22'04 "W and measures 149.95 feet; thence
southwesterly, along the arc of said curve and right -of -way, 150.05
feet to a point on said south line; thence N89 °47'09 "W, along said
south line, 94.66 feet to the uoint of beginning. Described parcel
contains 1.82 Acres (79,477 Sq. Ft.).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Agricultural to Ag- Residential.
