ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
MARGARET ORF, with the following legal description:
The West 200 feet of the East 450 feet of Gov't Lot 2 of
Section 14, T3ON, R19W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin.
The above - described parcel contains 1 acre and is subject to
town road easements and all other easements of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Ag.- Residential.

EXCLUSIVE AG. TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of STEVE
HALLEEN, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in the SE of the SW; of Section 7,
T31N -R16W, Town of Cylon, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
The above - described parcels contain 40 acres and is subject to
town road easements and all other easements of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that parcel is now

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
KEITH JOHNSON, WASTEBUSTERS DISPOSAL SERVICE /FRIEDA SAMPAIR
ESTATE, C/O EDWARD SAMPAIR, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in the NE1 of the SEA of Section
26, T31N, R19W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
Said parcel contains 5 acres, more or less.
