ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17
ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
RESIDENTIAL TO AG- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 3 q3 <9 ra)
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of BRITT
& SHEILA FUGINA, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in part of the SW of the Sigh and in
part of the SEA of the Sigh, all in Section 29, T3ON, R19W, Town of
St. Joseph, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; further described as
follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 29; thence
N00 °00'01 "W, along the west line of the SW of said section, 913.30
feet; thence N89 °00'22 "E, along the south line of Certified Survey
Map in Volume 7, Page 2081 recorded at the St. Croix County
Register of Deeds Office, 1401.32 feet to the westerly right -of -way
of a 66 foot wide private road easement; thence S18 °43'01 "E, along
said right -of -way, 205.23 feet to the point of curvature of a
188.16 foot radius curve concave westerly, whose central angle
measures 10 °12'14 ", whose chord bears S13 °36'54 "E and measures
33.47 feet; thence southerly along the arc of said curve and said
right -of -way, 33.51 feet to the point of beginning of this
description being the continuation of a 188.16 foot radius curve
concave northwesterly, whose central angle measures 97 °00'00 ",
whose chord bears S39 °59'13 "W and measures 281.85 feet; thence
southwesterly along the arc of said curve and said right -of -way,
318.55 feet to the point of tangency; thence S88 °29'13 "W, along
said right -of -way, 81.27 feet; thence N01 °30'47 "W, 168.49 feet;
thence N79 °27'17 "E, 271.39 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Residential to Ag- Residential.
