ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AG.- RESIDENTIAL TO INDUSTRIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 3 47 5 ((q 4)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
WILLIAM F. LIDDLE, TRI- COUNTY DISPOSAL, INC. /TOM FURLONG, with the
following legal description:
A parcel of land located in the NWT, of the NE3 of Section 22,
T29N -R18W, Township of Warren, St. Croix County, Wisconsin;
described as follows:
Beginning at the North Quarter Corner of said Section 22;
thence, on an assumed bearing along the west line of the NE3 of
said Section 22, S00 °00'04 "W a distance of 528.04 feet to the point
of beginning; thence N89 °05'22 "E a distance of 518.39 feet; thence
along the arc of a curve concave to the northeast a distance of
148.26 feet, said curve has a chord of S75 °04'30 "E for a distance
of 146.59 feet; thence S00 °00'04 "E a distance of 746.46 feet to the
south line of said NWT of the NE3/4; thence along last said south
line, S89 ° 18' 45 "W a distance of 660.01 feet to the west line of
said NE ; ; thence, along last said west line, N00 ° 00' 04 "W a distance
of 783.89 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 514,417
square feet (11.81 acres). Subject to all other easements,
restrictions and covenant of record.
TOGETHER WITH AN EAESMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
The following easement is located in part of the NWT of the NE3 of
said Section 22; Commencing at the N3 corner of said Section 22;
thence, along the north line of said NW=T of the NE3, N89 °05'22 "E a
distance of 375.45 feet; thence South 00 °00'04 "E a distance of
33.01 feet to the south right -of -way line of State Trunk Highway 12
this also being the point of beginning; thence along said right -of-
way line, N89 °05'22 "E a distance of 80.01 feet; thence S00 °00'04 "E
a distance of 495.04 feet to the north line of the parcel described
above; thence, along last said north line, S89 °05'22 "W a distance
of 80.01 feet; thence N00 °00'22 "W a distance of 80.01 feet; thence
N00 °00'04 "W a distance of 495.04 feet to the point of beginning.
