ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AG.— RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. .54b (16)
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of M & M
STORAGE, INC. /JOHN B. MORTEL, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land being a part of the NE 1/2 of the SE 1/2 of Section
31, T29N, R16W, Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, and
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the SE; of said Section
31; Thence N00°05'30" W along the east line of said SE, a distance
of 1317.48' to the point of beginning; Thence N87 °39'46 "W along the
South line of said NE4 of the SE4, a distance of 330.00 feet;
Thence N00 °05'30 "W, a distance of 330.00 feet; thence S87 °39'46 "E,
a distance of 330.00 feet; Thence S00 °05'30 "E, a distance of 330.00
feet to the point of beginning. Said described parcel contains
108,900 square feet, more or less, or 2.50 acres.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Ag.- Residential to Commercial .
