ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO AG.— RESIDENTTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. - b (( )
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of JOHN
J. AND THOMAS J. RUEMMELE /CONTINENTAL DEVELOPMENT CORP., with the
following legal description:
A parcel of land located in the NE4 of the NE9, the SE4 of the
NE4, the NW4 of the SEa, the NE4 of the SE4 and the SW4 of the SE9
of Section 24, T28N, R2OW; and also the SW4 of the NW4, the NW9 of
the NW4, and the NE4 of the NW9 of Section 19, T28N, R19W, Town of
Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin described as follows:
All of the NE9 of the NE9 of said section 24 lying
Southeasterly of the Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 5,
Page 1287;
All of the SE4 of the NE4 of said Section 24;
The NW9 of the SE9 of said Section 24, EXCEPT the North 100'
thereof, and also EXCEPT the Certified Survey Map recorded in
Volume 2, Page 561;
All of the SW9 of the SE4 of said Section 24 lying Westerly of
the lot and 66' roadway easement shown on the Certified Survey Map
recorded in Volume 2, Page 561;
The West 330' of the NE9 of the SE 1/2 of said Section 24 and
also a triangular part of said NE9 of the SE4 being all of that
part of said NE4 of the SE4 lying Northwesterly of a straight line
from a point on the West line of said NE4 of the SE4 which is 490'
Southerly of the NW corner thereof to a point on the North line of
said NE9 of the SE9 which is 930' Easterly of said Northwest
Corner, EXCEPT that part of said triangle lying within the above
described West 330' of said NE4 of the SE9;
The SW9 of the NW4 of said Section 19 EXCEPT the South 930' of
the East 210' thereof;
The NW9 of the NW9 of said Section 19 EXCEPT the Certified
Survey Map recorded in Volume 3, Page 618;
All of that part of the NE9 of the NW4 of said Section 19
lying Northwesterly of a line from a point on the West line of said
NE9 of the NW4 which is 1300' Southerly of the NW Corner thereof to
a point on the North line of said NE9 of the NW4 which is 630'
Easterly of said NW Corner.
This description contains 211 acres, more or less.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Ag.- Residential.
