ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. ' d '' (e'& )
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of JOHN
J. AND THOMAS J. RUEMMELE with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in the NE of the SE9 of
Section 24, T28N, R2OW, Town of Troy, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said Section 24; thence
N00 °10'04 "W (Assumed bearings referenced to the East line
of the SE9 of said Section 24 which bears N00 °10'04 "W)
1900.44' along said East line of the SE- to the point of
beginning; thence S89 °49'56 "W 246.47'; thence N20 °00'00 "E
223.18'; thence N89 °49'56 "E 169.52'; thence S00 °10'04 "E
209.50' along said East line of the SE4 to the point of
beginning.
This parcel contains 1.000 acres, more or less, being
43,576 square feet, more or less.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Commercial.
