HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1996 (411) ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURAL TO AG. RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. J/// () WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of KENNETH AND MARCIA GRAF with the following legal description: A parcel of land located in the SE; of the SE; and in the SW; of the SE;, all in Section 4, T29N, R16W, Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the S1 corner of said Section 4: Thence S86 °54'36 "E along the South line of the SE', 1173.00' to the POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence N00 °17'18 "W 750.00'; Thence S86 °54'36 "E 581.81'; Thence S00 ° 17' 18"E 750.00' to a point on the South line of the SE; of said Section 4; Thence N86 °54'36 "W along said line 581.81' to the point of beginning. The above described parcel contains 10.00 acres subject to 110th Avenue right -of -way over the southerly 33' thereof. Also subject to any and all additional easements, right -of -ways or conveyances of record. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agricultural to Ag. Residential.
