CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. 46 (l'4) WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of JOHN J. AND THOMAS J. RUEMMELE with the following legal description: A parcel of land located in the NW9 of the SE9, the NE9 of the SE', the SW 1/2 of the SE=, and the SE9 of the SE9 of Section 24, T28N, R2OW; and also the SW9 of the NWq, the NE9 of the NW' the SE9 of the NW9, the NW9 of the SW9, the NE9 of the SWq and the SWq of the SWq of S 19, T28N, R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin described as follows: All of the SE9 of the SE 1/2 of said Section 24; All of the NWq of the SEq of said Section 24 lying within the Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 2, Page 561; All of the SW's of the SEq of said Section 24 lying Easterly of the lot and 66' roadway easement shown on the Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 2, Page 561, and said lot and 66' roadway easement shown on the Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 2, Page 561; All of the NEq of the SE9 of said Section 24 lying Easterly of the West 330' of said NEq of the SEq, and also lying Southeasterly of a triangular part of said NEq of the SEq being all of that part of said NE9 of the SEq lying Northwesterly of a straight line from a point on the West line of said NE9 of the SE9 which is 490' Southerly of the NW corner thereof to a point on the North line of said NEq of the SEq which is 930' Easterly of said Northwest Corner; The South 930' of the East 210' of the SWq of the NW9 of said Section 19; All of the NW9 of the SWq of said Section 19; All of the SW' - of the SWq of said Section 19; All of the SEa of the NW9 of said Section 19; All of the NE1/2 of the SWq of said Section 19; All of that part of the NE9 of the NW', of said Section 19 lying Southeasterly of a line from a point on the West line of said NE9 of the NWq which is 1300' Southerly of the NW Corner thereof to a point on the North line of said NEq of the NW% which is 630' Easterly of said NW Corner. EXCEPT a parcel of land located in the NE4 of the SE; of Section 24, T28N, R2OW, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of said Section 24; thence N00 °10'04 "W (Assumed bearings referenced to the East line of the SE; of said Section 24 which bears N00 °10'04 "W) 1900.44' along said East line of the SE4 to the point of beginning; thence S89 °49'56 "W 246.47'; thence N20 °00'00 "E 223.18'; thence N89 °49'56 "E 169.52' to said East line of the SE;; thence S00 °10'04 "E 209.50' along said East line of the SE; to the point of beginning. This description contains 307 acres, including public road right -of -ways, more or less. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agricultural to Ag. Residential.
