REPORT MEMO
Proposed POWTS will serve existintt ~
4droom residence and proposed family operated commercial facility that
will be used as a smoke house to prepare baked and smoked foods i.e. pulled pork, baked beans, spare ribs, ham,
fish, etc. for off site sale. All meat products arrive at the site pre-processed and ready for cooking/smoking. Facility
is anticipated to generate 100 gpd estimated flow that will be residential strength waste. Design flow will be based
on 200 gpd estimated flow.
