CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO COMMERCIAL ORDINANCE NO. -S (J'7) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of ROGER GOODRICH on September 22, 1997 at the First American Bank Building in Deer Park; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 29; thence N00 ° 35'51 "W, along the west line of the SW1 /4 of said section, 420.75 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N00 ° 35'51 "W, along said west line, 405.42 feet; thence S89 ° 01'56 "E, 530.75 feet; thence S00 ° 35'51 "E, 826.17 feet to the south line of said SW1 /4; thence N89 ° 01'56 "W, along said south line, 110.00 feet to the southeast corner of that parcel of land described on a deed recorded in Volume 825, Page 540 in the office of the St. Croix County Register of Deeds; thence N00 ° 35'15 "W, along the east line of said parcel, 420.75 feet to the northeast corner of said parcel; thence N89 ° 01'56 "W, along the north line of said parcel, 4..0.75 feet to the point of beginning. Above described parcel contains 6.000 acres or 261,362 Sq. Ft. and is subject to right -of -way for the S.T.H. ( "48 ", and "34 ") and all easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From A,jriculture to Commercial. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Commercial.
