ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AG.— RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 3 '7 ( vs)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of RAY
AND JOAN GARSKE, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in the NEk of the NW; of Section 5,
T3ON -R18W, Town of Richmond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more
fully described as follows:
Being a part of Lot 1 described in a Certified Survey Map
recorded in Volume 7, Page 1898 in the Register of Deeds Office
in and for St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence,
along the east line of said Lot 1, N00 °18'33 "W a distance of
285.29 feet to the south line of that parcel described in a deed
recorded in Volume 324, Page 38 in the Register of Deeds Office
in and for St. Croix County, Wisconsin; thence, along last said
south line, N89 °29'51 "W a distance of 203.23 feet to the west
line of last said parcel; thence, along last said west line,
NOO °18'33 "W a distance of 33.21 feet; thence N89 °29'51 "W a
distance of 185.54 feet; thence N00 °18'33 "W a distance of 281.76
feet to the north line of said Lot 1; thence, along last said
north line, S81 °19'39 "W a distance of 17.20 feet; thence along
the arc of a curve concave to the southeast a distance of 467.52
feet, said curve has a chord of S59 °45'44 "W for a distance of
445.08 feet to the northerly right of way line of State Trunk
Highway 64; thence, along last said northerly right of way line,
S64 °35'30 "E a distance of 878.49 feet to the point of beginning.
Said parcel contains 186,000 square feet or 4.27 acres, more
or less.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is
now rezoned from Ag.- Residential to Commercial.
