ST. CROIX COUNTY LIND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. ',J.S 3 C `1 s ,
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of JAMES
J. DURNING, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in parts of the SEA of the SEA, of
Section 25 and the NE/ of Section 36, T30N, R19W, Town of St.
Joseph, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, further described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of Section 25, said SE corner is
also the point of beginning of this description; thence N00 °13'40 "W
along the East line of the SEA of said Section 25, 657.52 feet to
the North line of the S3 of the S3 of the SE3/4 of said Section 25;
thence S89 °51'50 "W along the North line of the S3 of the S3 of the
SE;, 1319.33 feet; thence S00 °10'27 "E along the West line of the
SE; of the SE; of said Section 25, 349.50 feet to a point located
N00 ° 10' 27 "W, 39 feet more or less, from the water's edge of the
Willow River, and is the beginning of a meander line along the
Willow River; thence S67 °37'12 "E, 142.60 feet; thence S47 °55'19 "E,
155.01 feet; thence S5 °22'03 "E, 313.54 feet; thence S10 °36'01 "W,
220.64 feet; thence S20 °05'43 "W, 221.30 feet; thence S15 °01'51 "W,
234.83 feet; thence S3 °18'37 "E, 181.50 feet; thence S15 °38'03 "E,
191.29 feet; thence S48 °00'25 "E, 228.50 feet; thence S44 °16'05 "E,
264.39 feet to a point on the Northerly R/W line of C.T.H. "A" and
the end of said meander line; thence N46 °48'06 "E along said
Northerly R/W line 166.02 feet to a point of curvature of a curve
concaved Southeasterly, and having a central angle of 7 °39'30" and
a radius of 2914.79 feet; thence Northeasterly 389.60 feet along
the arc of the curve, the long chord of which bears N50 °37'51 "E,
389.31 feet, to the point of tangency thereof, said arc also being
the aforesaid Northerly R/W line of C.T.H. "A ", thence N35 °32'24 "W
on the R/W line of C.T.H. "A ", 10.0 feet; thence N54 °27'36 "E along
the Northerly R/W line of C.T.H. "A ", 480.72 feet to the East line
of NE; of Section 36; thence N00 °06'11 "W along the East line of the
NE; of said Section 36, 876.44 feet to the point of beginning.
Including all lands lying between the meander line herein described
and the Easterly shore of the Willow River which lies between true
extensions of the Northerly R/W line of C.T.H. "A" and the West
line of the SE; of the SE; of Section 25.
Said parcel contains 50.83 acres (within meander line) and is
subject to easements of record.
