ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AG.- RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. - 34 a cgs)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
HARVEY AND SUSAN HIELKEMA, with the following legal description:
That certain parcel of land located in the SE; of the SE; of
Section 36, T29N -R17W, Town of Hammond, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
All of the East 700 feet of said SE; of the SE;, excepting
therefrom the North 10 rods thereof, and also excepting therefrom
those lands described in Vol. 537, Page 505, Vol. 366, Page 378
and Vol. 366, Page 376 of St. Croix County Records and shown on
that certified survey map recorded in Vol. 1, Page 248 of St.
Croix County Certified Survey Maps.
The above described parcel containing part of Lot 1 of that
certified survey map recorded in Vol. 10, Page 2751 of St. Croix
County Certified Survey Maps, being subject to easement over
Easterly portions of said parcel for U.S.H. "63" R.O.W. proposes
and over Southerly portions of said parcel for town road purposes
as laid and traveled, containing 16.9 acres, more or less, also
being subject to easements of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is
now rezoned from Ag.- Residential to Commercial.
