ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. ;5 4 (g`.)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of HAROLD
D. MORROW, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in the SEh, of the SE; of Section 15,
T28N, R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully
described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of Section 15, T28N, R19W:
Thence N0 °42'40 "W 375.21'; Thence WEST 119.52' to a point on
the westerly right -of -way line of S.T.H. "35 ", said point also
being the POINT OF BEGINNING:
Thence S84 °12'59 "W 794.16';
Thence NORTH 301.32';
Thence N85 °39'10 "E 403.51';
Thence N81 °16'57 "E 197.63' to a point on the westerly right -
of -way line of S.T.H. "35 ";
Thence S34 °19'24 "E along said line a distance of 341.25' to
the point of beginning.
Contains 4.73 acres subject to a 66' wide driveway easement as
shown. Also subject to any and all additional easements, right -of-
ways or conveyances of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Commercial.
