ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE ISO. 34 (5)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of JOHN
AND GEORGINE SCHOTTLER /MARK AND ANN MITCHELL /TOM AND LIZ KELLER
with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in part of the SW 1/2 of the SW1 of
Section 27, T3ON, R19W, Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said section; thence east along
the south line of the SW; of the SW; of said section, 625 feet to
the point of beginning; thence continuing east along said line, 300
feet; thence north parallel with the west line of the SW1 of the
SW', of said section, 580 feet; thence west parallel with the south
line of the SW/ of the SW1 of said section, 300 feet; thence south
parallel with the west line of the SW', of the SA of said section,
580 feet to the point of beginning.
This parcel contains 3.99 acres (174,000 Sq. Ft.) and is
subject to all easements, right -of -ways or conveyances of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Ag.- Residential.
