ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 396 0r S)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of ELAINE
BOARDMAN /DONNA SATTERLUND, REMAX TEAM ONE REALTY with the following
legal description:
A parcel of land located in the SW; of the SE; of Section 11,
T3ON, R19W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; further
described as follows:
Commencing at the S; corner of Section 11; thence S89 °24'04 "E
along the south line of the SE;, 370.00 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continuing S89 °24'04 "E, along said south line,
953.86 feet; thence NO0 °27'15 "E, along the east line of the SW of
the SE;, 1318.31 feet; thence N89 °38'43 "W, along the north line of
the SW; of the SE;, 948.66 feet; thence S00 °40'54 "W, 1312 feet more
or less to the point of beginning.
This parcel contains 28.788 acres and is subject to all
easements, right -of -ways or conveyances of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Ag.- Residential.
