ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 3 r l (q s)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
DELBERT AND BERNICE SINGERHOUSE /KERNON BAST -EDINA REALTY, with the
following legal description:
A parcel of land located in the Nk of the SW', except that part
thereof lying northly of town road (Tower Road) ; the SE ; of the
SW;; all of the SE; except that part thereof lying northly of town
road (Tower Road) and except Certified Survey Map in Vol. 8, Page
2130, all in Section 3, 28N -R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin.
All that part of the NE; of the SW; of Section 3, T28N -R19W,
Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, lying northly of Tower
Road and easterly of Gilbert Road as now traveled.
The above - described parcel contains approximately 260.00 acres
and is subject to any and all additional easements, right -of -ways
or conveyances of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Ag. Residential.
