ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO AG. RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. a '2 3 (9 )
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development,
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of TOM
PIETSCH /MARK AND CARRIE MONNOT, with the following legal
description:
A parcel of land located in the NW', of the NW', of Section 5,
T31N -R16W, Town of Cylon, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as
follows:
Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 5; thence
North 00 °05'41 "E 1292.44 feet along the West line of the NW;;
thence South 89 °11'12 "E 80.01 feet to the Easterly right -of -way
line of State Highway "46" and the Point of Beginning; thence North
00 °05'41 "E 594.05 feet along said right -of -way line; thence South
89 °11'12 "E 703.94 feet; thence South 01 °10'24 "W 594.01 feet to the
South line of the NW', of the NW;; thence North 89 °11'12 "W 692.76
feet along said South line to the Point of Beginning.
The above - described parcel contains 414,819 square feet or
9.523 acres more or less, and is subject to all easements,
restrictions and covenants of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Ag. Residential.
