ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 3 r ( (IS)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of ARTHUR
& LORA ANN KROENING /BRIAN GEDATUS, with the following legal
description:
That certain parcel of land located in the NE; of the NE; of
Section 22, T28N -R16W, Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, more full described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 22, thence
N87 °22'44 "W (recorded bearing on the North line of the NE' of said
Section 22) a distance of 545.10' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of the
parcel to be herein described; thence continue N87 °22'44 "W 504.26'
on said line; thence S00 °17'44 "E 200.26'; thence N87 °22'44 "W
285.22'; thence S00 °12'51 "E 912.20'; thence N54 °59'16 "E 748.79';
thence N14 °48'16 "E 668.94' to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
This parcel contains 12.466 acres, being subject to easement
over Northerly portions of said parcel for town road purposes, as
now laid and traveled and also being subject to easements of
record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Ag.- Residential.
