ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
EXCLUSIVE AG. TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of GLENN
MALCEIN, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in the SEA of the NE=t of Section 12,
T29N, R16W, Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 12; thence
SO0 °00'00" East 1598.09 feet along the East line of the said
Northeast ; to the point of beginning; thence continuing South
00 °00'00" East 116.50 feet to the North line of C.S.M. 928; thence
North 90 °00'00" West 521.23 feet to the Northwest corner of C.S.M.
928; thence South 01 °24'58" West 331.80 feet to the Southwest
corner of C.S.M. 928; thence North 90 °00'00" West 64.00 feet;
thence North 02 °37'25" East 448.67 feet; thence South 90 °00'00"
East 572.89 feet to the point of beginning.
The above- described parcel contains 87,120 square feet (2.00
acres) more or less, and is subject to any and all additional
easements, right -of -ways or conveyances of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Exclusive Ag. to Ag.- Residential.
