ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
EXCLUSIVE AG. TO AGRICULTURE II
ORDINANCE NO. 3c1 (q/.$)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of GERALD
AND VERONICA KUSILEK /JAMES AND CHRISTINE MIKLA /BAKKE NORMAN, S.C.
by Thomas R. Schumacher, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in the SE; of the NW; of Section 7,
T29N, R16W, Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more
fully described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the STH 65 East right -of -way
and the south line of the Southeast ; of the Northwest fractional
of Section 7, T29N, R16W, thence North 546 feet to the point of
beginning; thence East 345 feet; thence North 300 feet; thence West
345 feet and thence South 300 feet to the point of beginning.
The above - described parcel contains 2.4 acres and is subject
to any and all additional easements, right -of -ways or conveyances
of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Exclusive Ag. to Agriculture II.
