ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TOyCOMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. S ( 5
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of THOMAS
0. and SANDRA K. MONDOR, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in part of the NW= of the SW 1/2 of
Section 22, T31N, R18W, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 22; thence
NOO °46'02 "E 1324.66 feet along the west line of said SW; to the
point of beginning of this description; thence S89 °46'00 "E 241.01
feet along the south line of said NA of the SW1 to the point of
beginning of this description; thence continuing S89 °46'02 "E 177.83
feet along said line; thence N00 °46'02 "E 208.01 feet; thence
N89 °46'00 "W 177.83 feet; thence S00 °46'02 "W 208.01 feet to the
point of beginning.
Above described parcel contains 0.85 acres and is subject to
all easements of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Commercial.
