LOCATED IN TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the County owns a parcel of land in the northeast quarter of the
northwest quarter of section 14, town 31 north, range 18 west, Town of Star Prairie; and
WHEREAS, the parcel is located on the Apple River and may have been used for
recreational purposes in the past; and
WHEREAS, the Finance, Building, Budget and Bond Committee considers the parcel
not presently suitable for any foreseeable County use; and
WHEREAS, the Finance, Building, Budget and Bond Committee requests approval
to market or otherwise arrange a reasonable disposal of the parcel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors that the Finance, Building, Budget and Bond Committee is hereby authorized
to negotiate the disposal of the parcel and bring a proposal back to the Board for review
and action.
