SECTIONS 4.5.2(1) AND 7.3

WHEREAS, the Town of Hudson has adopted amendments to its zoning ordinance
as shown on the attached copy of the minutes of the Special Hearing to Amend Zoning
Ordinance of June 27, 1991, paragraphs two and three; and
WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes, states that in counties having a
county zoning ordinance, no town zoning ordinance or amendment of a zoning ordinance
is effective unless approved by the county board; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a county zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
reviewed the proposed amendments and recommends they be approved;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
that the amendments to the Town of Hudson Zoning Ordinance as shown on the attached
copy of the minutes of the Special Hearing to Amend Zoning Ordinance of June 27, 1991,
are hereby approved.
