WHEREAS, St. Croix County obtained title to the following
described parcels of land located in Sec. 7- 31N -R17W, Village of
Star Prairie by a tax deed; and
WHEREAS, Halle Builders, Inc. Rt. 5, Box 86, New Richmond,
Wisconsin has bid $51,011 for the following described parcels of
land; and
WHEREAS, the parcels are described as:
Parcels #247, 248, 249, 250
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Rennick's Addition
Parcels #253, 254, 255, 256, 257
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Rennick's Addition
Parcel #217G
Lot 6 of CSM Vol. 2/408
Parcel 217HI
Lot 7 of CSM Vol. 2/408 except N 9 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above
described parcels be sold to Halle Builders, Inc. for $51,011 and
that the County Board Chairman and County Clerk execute a warranty
deed to Halle Builders, Inc.
