THE VILLAGE OF WOODVILLE
RESOLUTION # 5 O C
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors allocated
$25,000 for local recycling grants in 1988 to fund 50 per cent of
• the actual costs of local recycling programs; and
WHEREAS, recycling grants totalling $17,899.61 were issued to
10 St. Croix County communities during 1988 and 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Woodville has submitted an application
in the amount of $872.63 to fund a portion of the construction
costs of a recycling drop -off building; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Woodville application meets all of the
technical, operational and financial requirements of the previously
established recycling grant program; and
WHEREAS, the balance of the recycling grant allocation has
lapsed before the total allocation was expended;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, hereby authorizes a
recycling grant to the Village of Woodville of up to $872.63 for
50 per cent of the actual costs of construction of a recycling
drop -off building to be paid out of the 1990 Contingency Fund.
