FORMER OFFICE ON AGING BUILDING
Resolution No. S 6740)
WHEREAS, St. Croix County owns the following described real
estate:
The North Half of Lot Two (2) in Block One (1) of
Bushnell & Pace Addition to the Village of Hammond, St.
Croix County, Wisconsin.
WHEREAS, an offer to purchase said property has been received
from Kip Lee on the following terms: Ten thousand dollars
($10,000.00) cash, contingent upon approval of a conditional use
application by Kip Lee to the Village of Hammond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of. Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the offer to
purchase from Kip Lee be accepted upon the terms set forth above
and, if the contingency is removed, a warranty deed be issued to
a Grantee designated by Kip Lee upon receipt of full payment on a
closing date to be determined by Kip Lee and the County
Administrative Coordinator.
