WHEREAS, St. Croix County owns the foll owing parcels located
in the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
26, Town 30 North, Range 15 West, being a part of Outlot 52, City
of Glenwood City, St. Croix County, Wisconsin
Lots 4, 5, 6, 8, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24,
25, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 of Glen View Estates Plat
recorded September 6, 1978 in Vol. 4 of Plats, page 50,
St. Croix County Register of Deeds Office.
WHEREAS, an offer to purchase said parcels for four thousand
one hundred dollars ($4,100.00) has been received from Haile
Builders, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the offer to
purchase from Halle Builders, Inc. be accepted and a warranty deed
be issued to Halle Builders, Inc., as Grantee, or a Grantee
designated by Halle Builders, Inc., upon receipt of full payment
on a closing date to be determined by Halle Builders, Inc. and the
County Administrative Coordinator.
