TO BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND PLACE IN SEGREGATED BUILDING FUND

WHEREAS, personal property owned by St. Croix County and under
the control of the Human Services Board, said property being the
St. Croix County dairy herd and farm equipment, was sold at auction
on March 5, 1990, and March 22, 1990, respectively; and
WHEREAS, the net proceeds of the sales totalled $422,573.48
and are under the control of the Human Services Board; and
WHEREAS, because the sales of this personal property would not
be considered sales or exchanges of property within the normal
scope of operation of the Human Services Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the proceeds of
the sales, totalling $422,573.48, be placed under the control of
the Board of Supervisors in a segregated building fund account.
